A food-and-wine pairing experience consists of savouring the quality of the cuisine with the wines that match each dish.
Under the guiding hand of an oenologist, or a wine professional, this activity takes place in a venue of the client’s choice, lasting around 2 1/2 hours to taste 8 different wines.
With the idea of total immersion into Basque culture in mind, we invite you to come along and join us in the long-standing tradition of poteo: drinking txikitos, small glasses of wine while enjoying a variety of tapas, or otherwise known around these parts as pintxos.
