It is customary to see Basque people occasionally skipping a meal to wander from bar to bar with friends to taste the various specialities to be found in each particular place.

An expert guide will introduce us on this tour to the unique art of miniature haute cuisine by visiting some of Bilbao’s finest establishments. Choose from either mingling with locals and enjoying an animated discussion, or simply relaxing and taking it all in from your previously reserved seat. If you ask me, go with the first option!
