From the stained glass entryway of this restored art-deco building, to the tiny catwalks over the river, the market is a lively and inviting place. There, you will discover the fresh products and ingredients that Basque cuisine is based on.
After the visit, your expert guide will escort the group to a gastronomy school or restaurant, where you will be welcomed by our accomplished chef, that will invite you to enjoy a cooking class in private, where you will learn how to prepare some typical basque dishes. A stimulating and dynamic hands-on activity where participants will have the opportunity of trying new flavors and sharing new ideas with the help of an experienced support team. A taste of the dishes elaborated accompanied by others already prepared by the chef and some excellent wines of the area will be the perfect end of this interesting experience.
